Del Sur Development and Communities

Del Sur was the final development phase of Black Mountain Ranch situated in the northeastern part of the city of San Diego.

The community is surrounded by the well-known neighborhoods of Rancho Peñasquitos, Torrey Highlands, Fairbanks Ranch, Rancho Santa Fe and 4S Ranch.
