4S Ranch is located about 25 miles north of downtown San Diego and 13 miles east of the Pacific Ocean. To the east of 4S Ranch is the San Diego community of Rancho Bernardo. 4S Commons Town Center is at the center of the community and features about 50 different retailers including Bed, Bath & Beyond, World Market, Ace Hardware, restaurants like Miguel’s Cocina and Capri Blu, Karl Strauss Brewery, several banks, coffee shops, clothing boutiques, a CVS Pharmacy, and a 52,000-square foot Ralphs grocery store.
Schools
Children can attend some of the finest public schools in the state within the top-rated Poway Unified School District. Stone Ranch Elementary School and Monterey Ridge Elementary School are highly rated alongside Oak Valley Middle School. Del Norte High School is close by and is also highly ranked.
